Year Round Practice Schedule:
Group 1: Mon/Wed 5:30-7:30
Group 2: Mon/Wed 7:00-9:00
Group 1 and Full Time players will practice on Fridays 5-7pm before Scrimmages.
Spring/Summer Schedule:
u11-u14: Tue/Thu 6:15-7:45
u15-u18: Tue/Thu 5:00-6:30
Mixed Age: Tue/Thu 7:30-9:00(Optional to the above schedule.

For AVP Tournaments the new age restrictions are as follows:
AVP AMERICA JUNIOR AGE REQUIREMENTS:
The age restrictions for the 2025 AVP America beach volleyball tournament are:

18-and-under: Athletes graduating high school in 2025 or later

16-and-under: Athletes graduating high school in 2027 or later

14-and-under: Athletes graduating high school in 2029 or later

12-and-under: Athletes graduating high school in 2031 or later
For USAV Beach Tournaments the new age requirements are as follows:
